App specifics:

NUTRITION
After entering your details such as age, height, weight FemFiter will calculate how many calories per day you need to consume for healthy fat loss. Lets say it showed 1570 kcal. You round up and choose 1600 calories under nutrition categories. There will be two menus with 7 meal plans each. Those meal plans have been designed by certified nutritionist with a medical degree and contain different protein, fats and carbohydrates percentage, including vegetarian menus. For more convenience, we have added customize option, where you can adjust your meals, delete or add new products to the plan.

WORKOUT
With 154 exercises including 39 bodyweight cardio exercises and stretching our fitness professional team designed 12 weeks home workout plans for beginners and advanced users. You will also have the option to customize your workout plans by editing sets, repetitions, seconds or deleting and adding your own exercises or create different circuit trainings. Each exercise is demonstrated in the video and has a detailed description. Alternatively, you can pick additional workouts, such as Upper Body / Lower Body / Full Body or Intensive/short Cardio & Abs training. To create your own workout plan, just choose the day under customize option and the list of all exercises will come up. You can also reduce training time from 30-45 minutes to 6-7 minutes for those who do not have time to complete the whole workout routine.

PROFILE
Under your profile, you will have a function to add your photos, tape measurements and weight progress. Each week you will have to make 3 photos from the front, back and the side. Then add your body tape measurements and weight to track the accuracy of your result. But, most importantly we have created an option to compare those results. To see your changes just choose what weeks you want to compare and the app will automatically create a photos collage that will be shown together with tape measurements and weight difference. You will be surprised how powerful this tool is and how it motivates you to keep on going.
